Openlandia
Disclaimer
Last updated: 8 August 2026
Please read this Disclaimer carefully before using Openlandia (the “Service”), including the website, web application, browser extension, and related interfaces operated under the Openlandia name.
By accessing or using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms set out below. If you do not agree, you should not use the Service.
1. Nature of the Service
Openlandia is an AI smart companion. It does not purchase goods or services on your behalf, does not act as a marketplace, broker, escrow agent, or seller, and does not guarantee any transaction between you and any third party.
The Service provides informational analysis, signals, and suggested tactics in relation to publicly available second-hand listings and related materials that you choose to submit or that are accessible from public listing pages. Any decision to buy, negotiate, avoid, message a seller, or otherwise act remains solely yours.
2. No tracking of personal information
Openlandia does not track users for advertising, behavioural profiling, or sale of personal data to third parties.
The Service is not designed to collect browsing history across unrelated websites, device fingerprints for tracking, or personal information beyond what is reasonably required to operate an authenticated account (for example, an email address and authentication credentials you provide) and to deliver the features you request (for example, analysis history associated with your account).
We do not use the Service to monitor your private communications with sellers, nor do we claim access to non-public account data on third-party marketplaces.
3. Publicly available information
Analyses, reports, recommendations, and related outputs are generated from information that is publicly available on supported listing platforms and/or that you voluntarily provide to the Service (including listing URLs, listing page content visible to the public, publicly hosted images, and optional receipt images you upload or select).
Openlandia does not claim to access private seller accounts, private messages, non-public transaction records, or confidential commercial databases beyond what is available through the public listing and the materials you supply.
If publicly available information is incomplete, outdated, inaccurate, or misleading, the Service’s outputs may likewise be incomplete, outdated, inaccurate, or misleading.
4. Non-conclusive recommendations and reports
All scores, verdicts (including without limitation “Buy”, “Negotiate”, and “Avoid”), risk indicators, authenticity or visual-inspection comments, receipt-related signals, price comparisons, suggested offers, draft seller messages, and any other report content are advisory and informational only.
They are not conclusive determinations of authenticity, legality, condition, title, ownership, value, safety, or suitability of any product or seller. They do not constitute a professional appraisal, forensic laboratory finding, legal opinion, consumer credit assessment, or insurance underwriting decision.
Receipt recognition and image-based analysis may be affected by photograph quality, including blur, glare, cropping, compression, lighting, and partial visibility. Such limitations further reduce the certainty of any related output.
5. User verification obligation
You must always independently verify listing details, product condition, authenticity, pricing, seller identity, payment and delivery arrangements, and any other matter material to your decision before entering into a transaction.
You should not rely solely on Openlandia’s recommendations or reports. Where appropriate, seek independent professional advice (including legal, technical, or valuation advice).
You remain responsible for complying with applicable laws and with the terms of any third-party platform you use.
6. Third-party platforms and content
Blocket, Tradera, and other third-party websites or services are independent of Openlandia. We do not control their content, availability, policies, or users. References to third-party platforms do not imply endorsement or affiliation unless expressly stated.
Links, images, and text originating from third parties remain subject to those parties’ rights and terms.
7. No warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including without limitation warranties of accuracy, completeness, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or free of harmful components, or that defects will be corrected.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Openlandia and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, or for any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunity, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service or reliance on any report or recommendation.
Without limiting the foregoing, Openlandia shall not be responsible for losses arising from purchases, negotiations, payments, shipping, fraud, counterfeit goods, misdescribed listings, or disputes with sellers or platforms.
Nothing in this Disclaimer excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable mandatory consumer protection or other law.
9. Changes
We may update this Disclaimer from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page indicates when the current version took effect. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Disclaimer, except where mandatory law requires otherwise.
If you have questions about this Disclaimer, please contact Openlandia through the channels published on the website.
